These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dink It Shop and its affiliated services. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our store is available to users who are 13 years of age or older.

2. Products and Printing Services
* Made-to-Order: You acknowledge that our products are custom-printed upon order. We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
* Printing Variations: Small variations in print placement or color are a natural part of the custom-printing process.

3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may create an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All information you provide must be accurate and current. We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion if these terms are violated.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
* Our Content: All designs, graphics, and text on Dink It Shop (excluding your specific personalized text) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
* Your Content & Personalization: For items where you provide a name or custom text, you grant us a license to reproduce that text for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You represent that you have the right to use any text or marks you provide.

5. Feedback and Suggestions
If you send us suggestions or feedback (Feedback), you agree that we may use such ideas for any purpose, including marketing or product development, without any compensation or credit to you.

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
* Use automated systems (scraping) to extract data from our site.
* Use our designs for any commercial purpose without permission.
* Provide false information or attempt to defraud our billing system.

7. Limitation of Liability
Dink It Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the laws of the United States. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or a jury trial.
